We supply and fit a range of straight and curved stairlifts from well known global brands including Stannah, Acorn/Brooks and Thyssenkrupp. Depending on your requirements and the layout of your stairs we can add hinges, power swivels, turns or runs to the stairlift track, ensuring that the stairlift will work as you need it to. We’ll guide you through the process, making recommendations so you can be confident about your options and selection.

A reconditioned stairlift is cheaper than a new one, fitted more quickly, and with a 12-month warranty for peace-of-mind. Each stairlift goes through a full reconditioning process and they look great. The track is fitted bespoke for your staircase, fitted to a high standard and finish.

Straight stairlifts are fitted on average within 7-10 days – we will provide an installation date when we quote so you know exactly when it will be.

Curved stairlifts are manufactured bespoke to your staircase, requiring a Full Technical Survey to be completed and a slightly longer build time. On average your stairlift will be fitted approximately 2-3 weeks from placing your order.

A straight stairlift installation should be completed within 2-3 hours and a curved stairlift 3-4 hours (this may vary) . The fitting is completed with minimum disruption to you; stairlift tracks are fitted to the stairs on feet or stanchions and not to the wall.

Our stairlifts come with a 12-month parts, labour and call out warranty covered within the purchase price.

We provide responsive after sales care, ongoing maintenance and servicing for your lift on an adhoc basis – no extended warranties or service plans. Simply call/email/message when you need us and we’ll arrange for an engineer to attend as soon as possible.

Stairlifts plug into the nearest suitable standard 3-pin socket or fuse spur, which will be identified during your survey and discussed with you..

Stairlifts are operated via enclosed batteries within the carriage unit, connecting to the mains power solely to charge, therefore your stairlift should be ready to use in the event of a power outage.

Buy back policies are not available on customised goods, however, depending on the timeframe we may be able to offer a free removal and something back to your or your family towards parts - Making this is as hassle free as possible..
